Two of the group have been tried in absentia, together with former military main Syed Ziaul Haque, who’s accused of main the attackers. He was sentenced to be hanged for murdering Roy, as have been 4 others: Abu Siddique Sohel, Mozammel Hossain, Arafat Rahman and Akram Hossain, who together with Syed Ziaul Haque remains to be on the run.
